Council for Leather Exports, India’s Apex body for the leather, footwear, leather goods and garments mark the its return with DELHI INTERNATIONAL LEATHER EXPO (DILEX) – REVERSE BUYER SELLER MEET (R-BSM) in 2022 re-uniting the leather & its products industry from 25-26th March, 2022 at the Hotel Leela Ambience in Gurugram.  As the first edition post-lockdown, the platform will spotlight the latest leather, leather products and shoes, trends and innovations as well as the post-pandemic response of the industry that is shaping product developments in India’s leather industry & global markets.

After a successful run for the last two shows, India’s premier international sourcing show for leather garments, accessories and footwear will be back with its third edition with even more dynamism. Sanjay Leekha, Chairman CLE states, “DILEX has grown to become India’s biggest platform – that has added value to over 120 plus seasoned as well budding exporters, transforming the leather industry landscape in India – to showcase their capabilities and design skills to attract overseas buyers and top brands.”

Subash Kapoor, Convenor – DILEX states, “Exhibitors from across India would be showcasing a range of styles, designs and materials of the latest collections in February for the next seasons. We have reached out to global buyers as well as brands. India no longer requires negative RT-PCR test reports from fully vaccinated travellers from 86 countries, according to its revised guidelines on international arrivals. The requirement of mandatory seven-day home quarantine after arrival has also been done away with. Passengers will now have to self- monitor their health for 14 days. The event is expected to attract considerable number of visitors in March,2022.”
