With the revamp, the Kinalur unit has scaled up its production capacity from 41,800 pairs per day to an impressive 63,700 pairs per day positioning the facility as a key contributor to the company’s growth trajectory in this category.

Designed with a sharp focus on operational efficiency, the upgraded unit integrates dedicated zones for moulding, utilities, product design, quality control laboratories, training and ESG initiatives. The layout also introduces a more streamlined material and production flow, aimed at reducing bottlenecks and enhancing throughput.
