Lehar Footwears Limited has announced a major manufacturing expansion with the establishment of a new technology-enabled production facility in Kundli, Haryana, significantly strengthening its presence in India’s fast-growing sports and athleisure footwear market. The new facility is set to increase the company’s production capacity from 1 lakh pairs per month to 5 lakh pairs per month in a phased rollout, marking a fivefold expansion in manufacturing capability.
Focused on the production of sports shoes and EVA-based footwear, the Kundli unit will incorporate advanced machinery and modern manufacturing processes aimed at improving product quality, precision, consistency, and operational efficiency. The expansion aligns with Lehar’s strategic shift toward higher-value footwear categories, where demand for performance-led and lifestyle footwear continues to rise across the Indian market.

The facility is also expected to strengthen Lehar’s dual business model by supporting both its in-house athleisure brand, Rannr, and its OEM manufacturing operations, enabling larger-scale production, faster turnaround, and greater market responsiveness. Strategically located in Kundli, the unit offers strong access to North India’s major consumption and logistics hubs, enhancing distribution efficiency and supply chain reach.
This investment reflects Lehar Footwear’s focus on scalable manufacturing, technology integration, and category expansion, positioning the company for stronger growth in India’s evolving footwear landscape.
