Miraggio was born from a clear gap I noticed in India’s accessories market. At the time, options were either mass-produced and design-light, or premium and largely inaccessible. There was very little that offered contemporary design, reliable quality and practical pricing in one place. I saw an opportunity to create a brand for modern Indian women who want accessories that are stylish, functional and versatile enough to fit seamlessly into their everyday lives. Miraggio focuses on thoughtful design, strong functionality and globally inspired aesthetics, making well-designed handbags both aspirational and accessible.

Which moments or milestones have been most defining in shaping Miraggio’s growth so far?
Several milestones have been instrumental in shaping Miraggio’s growth. Early on, strong consumer response to our collections validated the demand for design-led yet accessible handbags in India. A key part of our journey has been building cultural relevance through strategic celebrity collaborations with Shanaya Kapoor, Athiya Shetty, Gabriella Demetriades and Sharvari, which significantly accelerated brand visibility and strengthened our connection with our core audience. As we scaled, strong performance across our website and leading marketplaces, along with key funding milestones, enabled us to expand our product portfolio, invest in innovation, and strengthen our supply chain.
